Happy father’s day to the greatest man who ever lived, my dad! He has put up with a lot over the years, especially having three daughters and a wife. Thank you for always being there for me when I need you and thank you for being my support when times are tough. Thank you for giving me my OCD and neurotic behavior. Thank you for always letting me bring home stray animals and thanks for continuing to take care of them. Thank you for letting me live with you now because I wasn’t able to move into my house (even though I’m 26 and well over the age that one should be dependent on a parent). Thank you for all those times you made my bed and washed and folded my clothes. Thank you for all the lunches, dinners, and vacations. Thank you for always keeping me in your prayers and thoughts. Thanks for all the tears and laughs.
And thank you for all the other times I forgot to mention it. There are a hundred reasons why I’m grateful that God made you my father. Everything I have in my life is because of you and mom, and I thank you for giving me so many things that other kids only dream of. Thank you for working so hard to provide for your family. You and mom are so special to me and I love you with everything that I have. Happy Father’s Day!
