A book- Yes- I’m reading a book, and I’m not even in school! I had $18 left on my Crossgated Mall gift card from Christmas, and I stopped at Border’s Books to find some reading material.
So, far I’ve only made it to chapter 3, and I’m dying to read more. The story takes place in 1964 Kentucky, and it is about a doctor, who is forced by a blizzard to deliver his own twins. The first child, a son, is born healthy, but the second baby, a girl is born with down syndrome. The doctor tells his nurse to drop the baby at an institution, and he tells his wife that the baby died shortly after birth.
So, far, all I know is that the nurse decides to keep the baby and raise the child as her own. Right now I’m not a big fan of the guy in the story, but we will see…..I think there is some big secret the author isn’t telling us….I will keep you posted.

That’s what the back of the book said- so I didn’t give anything away! Also, on March 12th my sister said there is a movie coming out on Lifttime based on the book.
